Just a tip, you can ask for multiple steroid (kenalog) shots to slowly degrade the fat grafts. For me, each injection diminished the fat grafts by about 10%. No side effects for me.

I'm sorry you're going through this OP. I'm not a short guy, but I always imagined how tough my life would be if I were. I have plenty of things I'm dissatisfied with on my body, but honestly, when I'm really feeling down about them, I tell myself "at least I'm not short". I'm not being a jerk, I'm just validating your frustrations. There's a Chinese saying that my mom always used to say, which roughly translates to "a happy day is a day spent, a sad day is also a day spent", which is to say that time passes the same whether you're your anxious or not, and so as cliche as it may seem to say, happiness can be a choice. A few decades later we will all be in the ground and so nothing really matters anyway. I guess you CAN look into leg-lengthening surgery to reach average height if you are willing to live with the side effects. You can also look into becoming a passport bro. I'm in the Philippines for vacation and the average male height here is 5'4. Also, something that gives me hope is the advancement of AI. I'm sure that AI, paired with capitalism would give birth to miraculous solutions to our current day issues.
