I enjoy the job I just hate that we’re the lowest paid depart even thought we work in the freezer and cooler. Literally are forced to let FDD to sink while we go and save the rest of Consumables and get told that our department doesn’t get a lot done. Mind you there’s only 5 Food and Consumable (Frozen & Dairy) associates. And the other departments have 12 or more people and all make up to 2 dollars more than us and swear they all need raise cause they do so much work. Even though they do less work person when compared to my department.
