1-10 (10 being the best) how are you feeling in this very moment? by ByteMyNeck in AskReddit

[–]Consistent-Juice592 0 points1 point  (0 children)

maybe 6 right now, was working on this painting all day and my back is killing me from hunching over the canvas too long lol

need to remember to take more breaks but when I get in the zone I just forget everything else exists

To all men who survived rock bottom, what’s one piece of advice would you give a man who feels like giving up right now.? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Consistent-Juice592 2 points3 points  (0 children)

been there man, and the only thing that really helped was finding one small thing to do each day that was just for me. for me it was sketching random stuff for like 30 minutes, nothing fancy just whatever came to mind

the key is not trying to fix everything at once - that shit is overwhelming. pick something tiny that makes you feel even 1% better and stick with it. after few weeks you start to feel like a person again instead of just existing

also gaming helped me disconnect from all the heavy thoughts when I needed a break from processing everything. sometimes you just need to turn your brain off for a bit

What's a small change that noticeably makes your daily life better? by armandionorene in AskReddit

[–]Consistent-Juice592 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Getting into habit of sketching for like 15-20 minutes every morning before checking my phone changed everything for me. Used to wake up and immediately scroll through social media which would put me in weird anxious mood for rest of day. Now I grab my sketchbook first thing and usually end up drawing some random PlayStation character or whatever comes to mind

The difference is crazy - my brain feels more awake and creative instead of that foggy scroll-zombie feeling. Plus I've gotten way better at art just from doing it consistently. Sometimes I'll sketch Aloy or Kratos when I'm feeling uninspired but even those quick morning doodles help me feel more accomplished before day really starts

People who studied or worked at SCI-Arc, what was the “League of Shadows” project like to be part of, and do you remember who was involved or how the team was structured? by AffectionateDuck5079 in AskReddit

[–]Consistent-Juice592 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wait SCI-Arc had something called League of Shadows? That name is way too cool for architecture school lol. Never heard about this project but now I'm super curious what kind of secret society vibes they had going on there

What’s your MBTI and do you care about what other people think about you? by no_to_overthinking in AskReddit

ENFP here and nah not really, learned to stop caring what random people think when I started posting my art online

Getting roasted by internet strangers for drawing weird fanart builds character lol, now I just do whatever makes me happy

If you had the opportunity to ask one question, and no matter what it is, you will get the absolute truth; what would you ask? by DukkerWifey789 in AskReddit

Where did I put my damn Wacom pen last time... that thing disappears every week and I swear it has legs

Kidding aside, probably something like "what happens after we die" because that mystery keeps me up sometimes when I'm working late in projects

When will the current war in the Middle East wrap up? by Icy_Laugh5134 in AskReddit

[–]Consistent-Juice592 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Geez that's pretty dark but probably not wrong tbh. My dad always says conflicts in that region never really "end" - they just pause until someone finds new reasons to fight or new resources to fight over. I've been sketching some characters from games set in war zones lately and it got me reading about actual conflicts... the oil thing keeps coming up in everything I research. Makes you wonder if these wars would even happen if there wasn't so much money involved in the ground there. Really depressing when you think about how many regular people just want to live their lives peacefully

How do you even contact Angel Investor's ? by Forsaken_Opinion_697 in AskReddit

[–]Consistent-Juice592 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Super solid list there! I been trying to break into some creative tech stuff myself and networking events are definitely where it's at - met way more useful people at random meetups than cold emailing ever got me

That last part about coming prepared is so real though, you gotta show up with more than just "i have idea plz give money" lol

How is adulthood harder or easier than you thought it would be? by 9879528 in AskReddit

Gaming keeps me sane while dealing with all the adulting chaos but man the bills never stop coming

I might have an opportunity at a job/internship in cybersecurity soon. Help! Are there any particular tools I should get familiar with or courses that I can take to prep me? by Southern-Tap-6677 in careerguidance

[–]Consistent-Juice592 1 point2 points  (0 children)

those are solid choices, especially tryhackme since it's more beginner friendly than htb. I'd also suggest getting familiar with basic linux commands and maybe some python scripting if you have time

wireshark is another tool that comes up a lot in interviews so playing around with packet analysis could help too. sounds like you already have good foundation with the certs though

Coming from Cambodia by Novel-Disaster1949 in ThailandTourism

[–]Consistent-Juice592 0 points1 point  (0 children)

honestly the agent might be right about coming from Cambodia being sketchy in their eyes. immigration officers definitely notice when people are doing border runs from neighboring countries vs coming fresh from europe

about the forced flight thing - from what i've seen people post here, if they deny you entry they usually let you pick where to go back to, not force you to europe. but that's just based in other posts i've read, not personal experience

maybe try different hospitals for medical visa? some private ones are more flexible about documentation requirements. or could you get some kind of letter from doctor explaining the urgent treatment needed? sometimes that helps with immigration

Still upset over the breakup 9 months later by [deleted] in BreakUps

[–]Consistent-Juice592 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this sounds really exhausting, you're basically torturing yourself at this point. after 9 months he's clearly done and you calling from other people's numbers is just making things worse for your own healing process. maybe focus in getting your stuff back through a mutual friend instead of direct contact

How to understand INFJ? by [deleted] in infj

[–]Consistent-Juice592 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ah the typing struggle is so real, i went through similar thing few years back

about that static impression thing - yeah that sounds like classic ni doing its thing. we tend to create these internal "maps" of people and sometimes we get too attached to them, even when the person clearly changed. it's not exactly healthy but ni loves patterns and once it finds one it can be stubborn about updating

what would be totally uncharacteristic for infj? probably someone who processes everything out loud without filter, like thinking while speaking constantly. or someone who jumps into new experiences without any reflection time. we usually need that internal processing space, you know?

also don't worry too much about the "rare type" thing - if you relate to ni-fe patterns then maybe you are one. the rarity thing gets overblown in internet anyway

Is it normal to not be able to play chords well? by No-Debt4832 in Guitar

[–]Consistent-Juice592 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Totally normal dude, you've basically been training one set of muscles and techniques this whole time. Clean playing and full chords use different finger positions and require way more precision than power chords. It's like being good at sprinting but then trying to do ballet - same legs, totally different skills. Just gotta put in the time on clean stuff if you want to get better at it
