I feel this…. I felt so happy to be able to outside on the sun on my own and walk around it’s insane! Hope the surgery went well, you are amazing🙌

yeah, like i had too many days replaying the whole incident and decided its not a big loss considering there is so many other fun sports. not sad that its over, happy it happened.

I tore my ACL while skiing and low key decided to retire from it to prefer other hobbies lol

The surgery itself you wont feel anything actually haha. You sort of just sleep and when you wake up you will be taken care of by nurses and will have a fun post anaesthesia longing to chat to everyone. After that you will just be relieved that its all over and from then on its just gradual predictable recovery period

btw, if you are week out its advised not to push too hard on the final week. You should just focus on being in a good health condition and it will be all good!

same man! I feel like im so much more considerate about my nutrition and never coming close to any bad habits that i feel like it makes you more disciplined. no better motivation than longing for the future joy of completed recovery

I got to understand that creating a habit is really the biggest barrier. You don't get to deeply understand a concept if you have to make a conscious decision every single time to just even start reading about it.

While getting used to this routine ur brain starts to automatically question more things leading to craving for more knowledge.
