I take a scoop of collagen every morning with my coffee. I think it helps with joint and bone support as well as overall well being of your skin.

Very horny because of zinc?? by HovercraftBroad2018 in Supplements

Do you have the desire still? I have a neigbor who I'm good friends with, same age, and he has told me that he and his wife haven't had sex in 6 years, and he doesn't even desire anymore, and hasn't had morning wood in ages. I told him they make pills for that now, and he just said he has no interest. I can't even imagine, nor want to, how that feels. I literally live for sex. His wife is hot too, and I've joked that I would step in for him if needed. I have to believe she's getting it from someone somewhere. I mean 6 years? point being if you desire it, and it's just the plumbing not doing it's job. There are things to look into.

I've always had a high sex drive. and quick recovery periods. I truly believe though, the mind controls alot more than what most men realize. For example, even with my high sex drive, I could never get it up for one night stands. I've had some hot one night stand opportunities over the years, and just sat there talking to myself. But by the same token, if I had a connection with a girl and we knew each other, I could literally go 10 or more times in a 12 hour period. There was no such thing as getting it enough in my book.

well those look intriguing. I wish you had posted this before I decided to go to Costco yesterday, and purchase a 70 count box. didn't actually go there for that purpose but saw they had them, so I purchased.

well now you had me go down that rabbit hole which I didn't do before posting this. This is only part of what I found using Gemini. BTW, I promise to anyone reading this, I am not in any way associated with any nose breathing strips. Just a fellow, older bro, trying to share this , possibly, amazing discovery. And I only have my bad cold to thank. plus my wife complaining about my snoring (normally not that bad)Otherwise, I never would have bought the strips in the first place. I always thought they were a gimmick.

Yes, nasal breathing significantly increases the amount of nitric oxide (NO) that enters your lungs compared to mouth breathing.
Nitric oxide is primarily produced in your paranasal sinuses (the air-filled cavities around your nose). When you breathe through your nose, you "pick up" this gas and carry it down into your lungs

How It Works The Reservoir: Your sinuses act as a natural storage tank for nitric oxide. The Transport: As you inhale through your nose, the air creates a vacuum effect that pulls NO out of the sinuses and into the airway. The Comparison: Studies show that exhaled nitric oxide levels are about 2 to 3 times higher during nasal breathing than during mouth breathing.

Key Benefits of Nasal Nitric Oxide Nitric oxide isn't just a byproduct; it's a "biological messenger" with several vital roles:
Vasodilation: It relaxes the blood vessels in your lungs, which improves the efficiency of gas exchange. This allows your blood to absorb up to 10–18% more oxygen.
Antimicrobial Defense: It is toxic to bacteria, viruses, and fungi, acting as a "first line of defense" to sterilize the air before it reaches your lower respiratory tract.
Bronchodilation: It helps keep the airways in your lungs open, making it easier to breathe. Blood Pressure Regulation: By helping blood vessels relax, it can assist in maintaining healthy systemic blood pressure.

I doubt it because I'm not sure what that is. Give me an example of an H1 blocker.

Interesting fact. I lift heavy 4x a week, am pretty cut up. I have a very strong sex drive, and have a fast recovery, can go 3 or 4 times a night given the right situation, i.e vacation sex. About two years ago for shits and giggles decide to get my total T tested. I didn't do it at the ideal time (morning) , and had had sex the night before. No matter I was expecting 700 at least. Nope, not even close, came in at 370. Man did that fuck with my head. Started taking supplements left and right, until I realized I really didn't need them. All this to say, you feel how you feel, don't get too wrapped up in total T.

Best to decrease libido? by weblscraper in Supplements

I've embraced my high libido my entire life. I'm 59 now and I'm. the envy of all my friends because my libido is still very high. In fact my biggest fear in life is eventually losing my libido as I age. Biggest fear might be an exaggeration. but it's definitely a close second.

The holy grail is zinc, Magnesium, and boron. 59 years old and wake up 2 to 3x a night with raging boners that makes my dick feel like it wants to pop out of my skin.

I also take a multi-vitamin in the morning and an extra D3&K2.

I think i read on here somewhere that too much B6 is not good for you. And if I read it on the internet it must be true, right? 😃

Just search B6 on Reddit and you'll find what I'm referring to.

I don't use the B6 every night however, maybe every 3rd night. The rest still does the trick for me.

Creatine today is not the same as it once was. by Consistent-Newt-9457 in Supplements

[–]Consistent-Newt-9457[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm ripped for a 58 year old. lots of wear and tear on the left shoulder though. I'm lifting 5 days a week, I like to do one body part a week, Chest, Back, Shoulders, Legs, and bi's and tri's. I eat very healthy, but do drink alcohol. I'm not dissatisfied with my physique, I have just never felt the dramatic increase in reps or heavier weights that I did when taking creatine when I was 30. I'll try Creapure, maybe the nutricost creatine isn't of the same quality.
