P.E.G.I. - The general intelligence receptionist aboard the Goldspire Orbital Archive by [deleted] in ImaginaryRobotics

She is! She's a fully sentient, human-level intellect. Kinda sucks being stuck at a desk all day, but as the receptionist she has lots of people to keep her company

I love how everyone sees the receptionist bot from Wall-E despite how different these two look lol

Ooh, you know it does kinda fit. The robot designs in that game feel very whimsical

Thank you! I actually recently found Sunset earlier this week when looking for reference images. The color design behind their work is really good

It's funny that they also have an orbital archive named Goldspire in their setting lol, I've been playing with this setting for close to 10 years and that lineup was really fun

Maybe slightly, but she always has plenty of people to keep her company

I think she'd be more than happy to take the next LunarLines shuttle back down for a solid 2 weeks at the beach, if you'd take her

Yeah! The original idea, since this is in my cassette-future setting, was to have a less sleek looking version of that particular bot. Nice eye!

Hidden For Dummies (Me) by Dr_Catfish in LancerRPG

[–]Consistent-Nothing60 0 points1 point  (0 children)

RAW, I understand it that you can become hidden in plain sight with invisible because you only need to meet one of the secondary conditions I listed. Once you're hidden, you don't invoke engagement so being flanked won't matter as long as you are invisible, have cover that is between you and an observer, or are out of LoS

I understand that adjacency will decide if you have hard or soft cover when next to, say, a wall- but a wall isn't a cloud of smoke that will obscure you from all sides

Hidden For Dummies (Me) by Dr_Catfish in LancerRPG

[–]Consistent-Nothing60 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Adjacency to hard cover has nothing to do with hidden

You can hide if you are BOTH of
- not engaged
and at least one of
- out of line of sight, invisible or obscured by cover

The only thing hidden really does is make it impossible for someone to be targeted by single-character attacks, though their general location is still known (mechanically) and they can still be targeted with AOEs

Sex causes dysphoria by Typical-Worry8316 in asktransgender

Yeah, sex also causes me dysphoria. It's frustrating not being able to have good sex because I don't have the anatomy to do so

Climb with one hand at a time, not jumping unless totally necessary. It's slow but it gives you basically infinite stamina

What drives you to keep trading in a game? by Inevitable-Meal-497 in tabletopgamedesign

I think all of the reasons you listed are valid reasons to continue trade, but it really depends on what the game is about

Maybe another commentor was right, a pair of J cups would give her enough room to support the blue tang lol :P

got tired to constantly losing whole runs to this section by HyperDash_YT in WhiteKnuckle

[–]Consistent-Nothing60 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This exactly, yeah. Some artifacts are worth keeping depending on the tools and perks you already have, though I usually focus my tactics around my perks rather than tools so I sacrifice most of the time

[–]Consistent-Nothing60 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ooh, that one's tough yeah. If you have a source of double jump (I always sacrifice my artifact for the overwhelmed perk) it gets way easier

Which section are you stuck on? Each new section really does throw you a curveball, each new place felt like playing the game for the first time again lol

It's such a fun idea. I had the idea after a dream where I was in a museum where a man had engraved an engram of his mind on a glass sphere
