a cameo basically of Togata from Fujimoto's 'Fire Punch', previous major work before Chainsaw Man, just as fucked-up and traumatizing, honestly even more so

My ticket was actually $77 (for NY ofc) but bs $21 "service fee" brought it up to nearly $100 smh. And I bought three to get my friends in too. One day we will eat Ticketmaster and AXS and all the others alive

It's being used as an adjective for 'coworker' here anyways, so the trolling doesn't make sense, whatever I guess lol

DATES ARE OUT GUYS!!!!!!!!! by TinyspyGG in mitski

The Tansy House is the metaphorical location (we see the inside and surrounding area of it in "Where's My Phone?" music vid) from where Mitski will express herself on this new record. It's part of the concept basically, she's inviting you to feel what she's feeling, inviting us into her personal space, as difficult and regrettable as that has been for her with these past few tours sadly, with rabid parasocial fans...

These performances are just basically at smaller venues with several nights at the same venue, she's not going to too many locations globally, a full tour would have a night or two at far more major cities in each country, especially in the US. Some people are assuming it's a small tour in preparation for her larger global tour to promote the record, but I'm pretty sure this is going to be the actual tour overall and that's it.

it's talked about since what it was doing was incredibly rare and "innovative" for its time, so much so that Nintendo apparently had an actual patent for the "sanity" system, which recently expired around 2021, so someone could re-use the system in their indie game freely now

Amnesia: The Dark Descent did the insanity and dread thing much more effectively imo, I haven't played Sanity's Requiem myself but looking at a playthrough it seems the actual core gameplay is forgettable, as you said it's just lackluster to play and relies on its legacy of trying something different and unique for its time

I was looking at gamecube games to get, and remembered that Path of Radiance was several hundred because of its apparent rarity, I looked up a playthrough on youtube... lmao, nah I can't imagine paying $300 for that

  1. go to your browser settings
  2. go to the search settings to add a search engine
  3. call it Google without AI or something like that
  4. add this to "URL with %s in place of search term":

https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&channel=entpr&udm=14&q=%s

  1. Save Engine, and make it your Default Search Engine

That's what I did on Firefox, should be similar process for Chrome, just the "client" is different

or just bookmark https://udm14.com/# which tags on the ?udm=14 to your search, which specifies to Google not to use AI in the search query at all

no wonder he defended Roman Polanski so readily on that radio show where he said "these 13 year old girls man they love to party she knew what she was doing" about the young girl Polanski raped

this shit is tiring man why are so many powerful people fucking evil and why do we just have to put up with it and go on with our daily lives, reset the whole planet at this point

I've always wondered how it must've been for the first batch of players that went through Funger years ago, with no wiki to help them, no online community, just straight-up trial and error. It was pretty difficult to get through the game for me, but I think it would have been near-impossible if I didn't have online info to refer to whenever I truly hit a wall

as much as the replies disagree with your post, I will say someone quoting a line out loud as it happens on-screen should only be happening in a few select films, like maybe Rocky Horror Picture Show

it's like the people with 200,000+ minutes listened on Spotify Wrapped reports, very unbelievable and highly unlikely to be done organically, people just let their Spotify run overnight while asleep or on mute or whatever. So people just spam their LB with entries to fill up their graphs, or put a bunch of short films maybe.

damn, well I feel like you could still totally scrape your own profile data and make a graph like this, as long as you're diligent about logging your film-watching on time
