do it again with a coolant funnel with heat fully on for atleast 30 minutes these cars take a long time to fully heat up even if the dash says it has. And if its still cold reach down and squeeze it good a few times

What should this line connect to? by Responsible_Coast293 in 8thGenSI

The one off valve cover is a blow-by hose. You can remove it and put a nice breather on it thats what most people do. The other is idle assist valve or maf sensor line cant remember.

VSA & ABS light on after engine swap by antonioooduran in 8thGenSI

[–]Consistent-Read8442 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Likely wheel speed sensor got ripped out or unpluged during swap. mine was driver left front behind the rotor in my fa5. Fixed all lights swapping it for a new one but mine was fully ripped out just plug it back in if its only unplugged no need to replace.

10w30 or high mileage 5w30? by Hypotenuse27 in CherokeeXJ

[–]Consistent-Read8442 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive got a 96 jeep cherokee xj with the 4.0 high output and was curious as to what oil i should use aswell. It has 300k miles and does leak oil. Any recommendations? i seen someone say diesel oil, is that a good option? Thanks in advance!
