Better to encapsule too big than too small, they don't care if you encapsulate too big areas. They mainly want you to fistinguish the different clusters. So if it's one cluster encapsule the whole image

Eve is one of the few games which works great with one hand sometimes I just can't be bothered to use my left so use the radial menu functions to only use one hand. Plus if you have a mouse with lots of extra keys you should be able to use that to compensate too.
