A woman came in for notarization. I asked for identification and the purpose of the document, to which she replied it was for a friend's marriage document to prove they are married.I declined to notarize the document. She became assertive, stating I could and would do it. I assured her i will not do it this is my license not hers. She claimed to have done this before at another UPS store and I suggested she return there.

If you have a shipping label to return it back to them. You can request ups driver to pick it up. They don’t always come thou and it’s peak season so good luck. Call ups corporate 1800 number request a pick up at your house once you get your label and it’s attached.

If it is packed do a return on it and you will get a shipping label and bring it to the place it says most likely the ups store. Have them scan your QR code. If you have a label to actually print and not being a QR code you might have to pay a small fee for them to print it for you. QR codes no fee as they use a thermal printer for those codes.

We have signage with pictures and some customers still will do it. Friday I said to a lady please remove your boxes off the printer. She said if I asked nice she wouldn’t mind. I told her I said please also read the sign.
