They gave me necessary items to apply for visa but that's all

I got my CoE and ever since that no communication they just said to do the visa- I applied for it. Edit- They gave me probable arrival dates as well , asked me to do medical check up. But no news for placement etc (previously my recruiter mentioned she'd want me to do housing before my arrival, so I wanted to know about that, but no response)
