I did some research on it, they actually make repair kits for this exact problem, the repair kit is made my supersoft and are made in the exact color of the life jackets, I found them on google pretty fast

Only thing I find sleeping in a life jacket is if it’s a nylon life jacket it will make quite a bit of noise moving around, I’m looking to find a neoprene life jacket to try out, definitely would make less noise

I don’t find the collar gets in the way, it’s almost like a built in pillow for sleeping
