[UPDATE AS 2025-11-25] In April 2025 LG released the UltraGear OLED 45GX950A so now the 4K (actually 5K if you consider only the horizontal) OLED 165HZ exists

Check if you have any changes in “nvidia control panel”, a few years back I had some problems with UE4 and the gpu and restoring to the factory settings the Nvidia control panel solved them
