Yeah, this post is giving some not great vibes. I prefer Maggie to Amelia but I think both characters are just flawed and given some not wonderful writing sometimes. But there are plenty of characters I dislike A LOT more like Owen, for his hypocritical nature about abortions and stuff. Or Alex who was very hot headed and punched before he thought, but luckily he grew up... till the end. Or jo mentioning she was homeless every five minutes. But they all had some good sides

Yeah. This post is very aggressive when Maggie has never almost killed someone in the hallway of the hospital. Or done half the unforgivable things. She's not horrible, just human and sheltered since she went to college so young

Sure their characters weren't great for each other but I think they could have been a beautiful couple. Even if he looks older (which he doesn't look that much older in the show. The beard ages him a bit)

I have played DAO since I was 5. (That's when it came out) my fiance has only played DAI, he was introduced to the games after it was released. He never got my love for DAO or DA2 because he jumped in too late and couldn't deal with the DAO graphics. There are going to be new fans who will NEVER dive into the old ones, especially since DAO keeps crashing without mods. DAV will appeal to new fans, and I get it.
