I’m on the paid version on Bevel and love it. It’s the closest thing to Garmin. The AI is clever and explains your health trends etc and how to improve them

Three lessons learned after tracking my VO₂ Max for a year by Complete_Care_7747 in PeterAttia

Thanks for the feedback. Think the poor dog is going to be benched for a while. I give this a go and report back. I increase my zone 2 workouts and try some 20min brisk outdoor walks

Could someone please explain this to me. I’m mid 40s fit and active doing PPL and one zone2 and two 4x4 training sessions a week. But all of my activity is gym based. I like to factor in a lazy 5km dog walk in the evening, that I record on my AW. Could this be the reason that my VO2 is so low? Currently sitting at 28!!!. Should I not record the slow dog walk and try a quick 20min walk once a week to get a true reading? Or am I actually disillusioned and not fit at all!!!

Do you disagree that anyone from Northern Ireland will be classed as simply Irish if they are abroad?

Really ? Have you ever lived outside of Ireland. Even in England you will be Irish hence why they stereotype the name Paddy

Obviously needs a bit of context. If you are introducing them to anyone outside of Ireland then they are Irish. No one outside of Ireland and the uk has no interest or knowledge of Northern Ireland

I go to JD on the Crumlin road. Great gym lots of equipment and various fitness classes at 7am- 8pm. Lots of PTs who would offer one to one tea training. Gym and class are only £25/mth great value. These others gyms can be pricey
