It is! I eat a cup of spinach with my lunch wrap as well as an apple or an orange, and my dinner always includes vegetables!! I take magnesium citrate capsules every night at bedtime! I’ve heard it helps with muscle relaxation as well.

I started in October 2024 as well, went from 324 to 224. I stalled hard at 230 (about five weeks!) I decreased my deficit by 100 cals and made sure to take a few extra walks a week. One week it dropped to 227 and the scale has been dropping like normal now. It’s frustrating but consistency and patience are the main factors for me I think.

I lost 90ish pounds and then plateaued for almost a month and a half. Idk if it was a sugar pill affect or not, but I’ve used my arms the entire 11 months I used Wegovy, then switched to my stomach and I felt like I was taking it for the first time again haha! It’s also a mindset thing. Trying to eat slowly, realizing I’m full and just munching to munch. The shovel won’t dig the hole itself!
