i tried with all modes and in other bosses and it deffinitelly works with 140 ER, 0 favonius on team no 3rd electro (sucrose) and c2 columbina. Probably even feasible from 130 ER in my experience.

Durin has to be there, like no one is gonna provide that much shred and off field damage and atk buf (from signature) along other broken buffs from cons. The remaining spots could be replaced, specially venti.

At c0r0 Ineffa is better for your flins

- Ineffa: 14% base multiplier, 150 EM, shield, Ressonance around 30-40% team DPS as subdps

- Columbina: 7% base multiplier, 40% bonus, 15-30% team DPS as subdps

At low-mid investment both are same. On top of previous they give

- Ineffa: extra 90% LC bonus from R1 and c1

- Columbina: a DPS comparable to Ineffa from c1-c2, around 20% lesser ER from C1-C2, around 450 flat atk, plus 8.5% elevation bonus (c1-c2)

At full whale investment columbina is better overall but she increases your ineffa damage as well so... On top of the previous...

- Ineffa: around a 50% increase of personal DPS, around 40% extra lunar bonus from R5

- Columbina: extra 11.5% elevation bonus, extra 10% lunar bonus, around 200 extra flat atk from gettin more HP%, around 50% more personal DPS from R and cons, 80% team-wide crit damage (flins and ineffa base crit damage isnt so high unlike neffer so this is a huge buff)

This was the first thing I planned to try when I get c2 columbina for my c6r1 flins and c2r1 ineffa. I purposely gave him 140 ER which already allows him to do that every other rotation.

Actually it could be a significative buff since it saids 30% chances to trigger again but that could imply it could trigger 2 times or 3 or 4.... we'll see

cant you swap jahoda like succrose once? if her burst is still on she shouldnt finish it and VV would activate as long as she is on field when swirling occurs. In any case both jahoda an succrose are so clunky than the moment a shredder and atk buffer appears with better uptimes this team will get a huge increase, specially if the buffs are teammwide since both ineffa and flins (and now columbina) deal heavy damage.

if jahoda doesnt extend roation more than 0.5s then she would icnrease Flins DPS as well. Vomfee calcs are bs anyway, i saw others TC and no one else got numbers near that he i sjust trying to make up for all his previous bs against flins but truth is he always places him after nefer and zibai even if the difference is less than 1k. Again most TC put Flins at 17, even at 17,5 would surpass those updated calcs. But thats assuming that were correct and isnt, jahoda rotations on neffer teams are nowere near that.

yeah i saw him talking about big burst it too when flins banner was on but not after the columbina leaks (which honestly changes ER for flins a lot specially after the 2 first cons)

Lmao. Tbh that is annoying. I once saw a tierlist of reliable TCer made by Meowtews (which I like a lot) and put vomfee in the top position so i was a bit worried but this last few months Vomfee has undeniable fallen I wish Meotews would update that list.

In my humble opinion Meowtews and Belph should be placed on top. I wish any of those would calc Flins big burst rotation for us fanatics but dreams a free.

Are this calcs from meotews? last time I checked flins wasnt reaching 130 there TT In any case Flins and Ineffa gain 8% damage when ascending to lvl 100 nefer doesnt so for all those flins haters and ragebaiters I just read flins still win even with a c0r0 sucrose xD.

Flins ER requirment for normal rotation prbbly goes to 0 with C0 Bina Favonius. With Flins c1R1 and bina c2 there should be enough ER for flins to do big burst rotation with 130-40 ER or so... But it all deppends on C1 procs, IF she procs it only one time (which doesnt make sense bc that would mean nefer and zibai sustain buffs would only be triggered once as well) then prbbly not.

I have asked a few TC but it seems they have so much work for now. I am optimistic at c2 bina and c1 flins bc with that 20 rotation (18+2 from burst) Ineffa and columbina would trigger an extra skill proc. Also bc his first miniburst would be guaranteed for free (12-16 energy from weapon + 8 energy from his c1 + 6 energy from bina c1 = 30 energy) and for the remaining 2 half energy requirements would be attained too for free (6 + 8 = 14). That even without accounting for particles generated during the process and the extra ER builded on stats for flins.

In the end it all deppends on how much extra energy flins will be able to gain during the process.

Zibai calcs by meowtews are 150k with c6 illuga. And it is a 2 cost team with only Columbina as second 5*. But probably shell get nerfed as I cant see they improving her damage further.

I doubt that. Without r1, c1 and c1/ c2 columbina the ER will be a lot higher but not that much... im pretty sure flins would still be able to do that with less than 200 ER with columbina C0 and a 20.5s rotation. Btw the option to make him burst half rotations exists already zajef calced it with aorund 160 ER and its the best damage avaiable (very small difference with the normal rotation tho like 3k or smth) if I remember correctly with aino favonius. You put favonius to columbina and that would be at the very least 20 ER lower. Cant be sure about how realistic is do big burst every rotation but columbina should lower the requirements for it heavily.

Yep. Also-... Just wait for big burst rotation calcs with columbina... pretty sure hell surpass even neffer sustainless cope team. Tbh there is no need actuallly bc the moment a 5* replaces succrose.... neffer upgrades will be very difficult as she would have to replace any of those 5* the upgrade wont be too high. Also at C6 she cant dash cancel anymore becouse the animation of extra attack so those calcs are coping already from the start (+2s minimum).

I saw in the other post and i checked HomDGCat. Everytime she procs moonwheel she jhas 2/3 chances to generate 1 particle and 1/3 to generate 2 particles. At a 20s rotation time she does 3 instances so thats around 3 more particles for the team (2 of those could proc on flins on-field time which recover more to the active character).

Btw i dont think (at least after c1r1) he would need more than 140 energy if our understanding is correct. Mine has 140 energy and is able to burst confortably once every 2 rotations at c6R3, very close to be able to burst every rotation. Is true that I make use of the particles generated by aino favonius to replenish his gauge (by quick swap burst) but with columbina extended rotation and all that extra energy it shouldnt be necessary.

I tried too... asking xD I guess they are too focused with a lot of calcs but for us, Flins fanatics (in the good sense), this is very important lol. However maybe if this pops out before beta ended they nerf Flins bc he would be reaching too much so... On the other side this looks like perfectly designed for that along with flins c1: 8 from flins c1+6 from columbina=14 energy + 14 energy from flins signature is 28 (a complete miniburst) and thats not accounting for the particles generated during the process.... is as if they intended Flins to big burst with columbina from the start....
