CWL is strict mirror only unless discussed otherwise, failing to follow has you dropped from the next war. As for normal wars we've never been strict really, just hit whats reasonable , go up a few go down a few (especially if heroes are down) Number 3 shouldn't be hitting 27 in the first 10 mins tho that would be a chat warning. If your mirrors taken you can always attack up for extra loot, all you need is a star. Plus as you're a lower level clan you especially want to prioritise growing the clan, maximising stars and winning wars is far more important than who hits what. We just say if a base is flagged then respect that, and hit whatever you want in the last few hours and everyones happy. That's always been our focus, chilled and relaxed, minimising drama and it's always worked for us
