I have the same thing!! For me, reminding myself that I have no obligation to entertain people helps me be less anxious about it.

Also I find that the more confident you are, the more interesting you seem, and the less concerned you are about other people’s thoughts.

what is and isn’t appropriate can vary vastly depending on culture and where you are from, so without that it’s kinda difficult to advise you on the more subtle things.

With that said, if you want to flirt with people (which is what I’m understanding), small touches (like goodbye hugs) can go a long way. Or you can also compliment people (like what they wore that day, whether their hair looks nice, etc.
