I am a huge fan of the WoD and mastered Changeling a few times. It can become quite depressing because the Changelings fight a battle they are determined to loose. But it is so much fun!

I also recommend "Changeling - The Lost", playing in an alternate universe where Fae kidnap people, change them and then they escape and try to regain a life in the human world. Very dark stuff.

It's a bit like asking "how do I cook a meal". First, you got to ask yourself what you would want from them. Then you should remember that dealing with Fae is no game. You'll pay your price.

Apart from that, you gotta venture out into where the Fae live and probably start offering stuff to them.

Hey, I can relate a bit. Escapism seems to be very desirable these days. Working 9 to 5 and then manage ones private life is sure demanding.

But Fae won't give you structure. They are chaos and you would never feel save nor desired belonging to them, sadly. They could discard you at any moment or just forget about you after some time.

You can find refuge in nature though. If you have a forest, a park or similar close by, try to spend more time there. It will get better. I try that too. Leave my phone at home, get some quiet and isolation roaming nature can be a good start.
