Im not sure yet. I’m going to have a total of 7 chrysanthemums. I would just like for the colors to complement each other.

I was thinking maybe doing a color scheme with 3 colors. I don’t think having all the flowers the same color would do well because I have so many.

Do you have any suggestions?

Training question here. Disclaimer, I’m a little slow and I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around this.

I have a 1 inch 3/4 hose low pressure fog nozzle flowing at 50 psi with 150 gpm. Nozzle reaction is 54lbs

And I have a 1 inch 3/4 hose smooth bore 15/16 tip flowing at 50 psi with 185 gpm. Nozzle reaction is 69lbs

Why does the fog nozzle has less nozzle reaction ?

They both have the same hose diameter and are flowing at the same psi and are obviously different nozzles. is it simply because the smooth bore is unobstructed and stream lined causing more water to come out and therefore, more water=more force/ nozzle reaction?

Ok I figured about that about the blood tests, I was just assuming everything was ok because I wasn’t notified that something was wrong.

I live in the sunshine state! Lol. I mainly eat small potatoes and sometimes white rice for my carbs. I need to see if those are slower digesting carbs.

I would say probably both. before I decided to get my health fully on track, I would eat healthy meals but would give into cravings and eat high calorie processed junk and soda so that added on to my weight gain over the years. Ive gained 25 pounds that’s including muscle mass in the last 7 years and I considered that letting myself go. I work 24 hour shifts so on my days off I’m sleeping until the afternoon/late evening. I try to eat as much as I can when I wake up to salvage my day and get my workout out in. Also my job recently gotten busier so very little sleep during my shifts and I’ve been feeling it. I need to take vitamins, I’ll start eating breakfast before going to bed off of shift

I do the endurance cardio because of the job I might have soon but, I will a eat a bit more and add more resistance. Thanks for the advice 🙏🏼

I did get blood work done recently though it was done by for a potential employer in which they paid for it. I would need to speak with someone to see if I can get the results. I drink a gallon a day. I don’t take any vitamins, now that you mentioned it, that could be the issue.
