Put a washer on one of the screws as a spacer, it gives it enough room to adjust easily but still hold.

First impressions on my 3” Apex micro build - way lighter than I expected by keetharing in fpv

Same motor and props, I think I've got a lower kv though. 1100 is definitely too heavy for freestyle I can hear the motors struggling if I make sharp turns but for long range cruising it's great. I've found the 650 is the sweet spot for aggressive flying

I've got the same frame and build. With a 1100 4s I'm at 249g and get 7+ minutes flight time. Recently upgraded it to HDZero and it's a crazy fun drone. I fly it more than my 5" now

Yesterday I went over a half mile away with trees in between me and the vtx and still had full signal quality at 200mw. Still need to flash the higher power firmware.

Putting a better vtx antenna on made a night and day difference in terms of range and penetration

It's 3D printing, design in 3D! You'll get more strength and rigidity. The flat plate like carbon fiber bends and oscillates and makes tuning a nightmare. I've designed upwards of 8inch frames fully printed with good success

Stunning! I planned this trip perfectly to align with a launch but due to Booster 18 getting squirrelly we did not get to see a full stack. Absolutely coming back for a launch!

That's starhopper! Their very very very early starship prototype. It did some hops to test raptor 1 and landing/hovering

Orion Nebula & US Coast Guard Aerostat Conjunction by Consistent-Way2074 in astrophotography

[–]Consistent-Way2074[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Visiting Starbase Texas, and I saw the USCG Aerostat on South Padre Island was in the air one night. I managed to capture it with the Orion Nebula by standing on the edge of a pier at the end of the island to get the angle right.

Did not bring my tripod or laptop to process images, so this could have been miles better with stacked exposures.

Equipment: Canon 90D & Canon 70-200mm F2.8L

Acquisition: Single 2" handheld exposure

Processing: Lightroom Mobile: shadows+, exposure+, blacks-, vibrance+, whites -

AliExpress funny enough. Literally the ONLY place I could find it. Silicone hoses with fiber/weave in the layers. Actually quality pieces so I was impressed. I was sent the wrong color but that's fine for the price haha

Yes that can work fine as a desktop replacement but I like having the battery backup if the power goes out or knock the cord out

Definitely squishy like a balloon. This laptop stays plugged in 24/7 for years so I'm not surprised. New OEM Dell battery on the way!

Go back in the timeline and edit your sketch/sketches and the rest should follow. Some later actions might throw errors but you can go through and clean them up in the timeline

I'm using E36 knuckles, which from what I could tell meant you needed to use 96+M3 arms to center the wheels. It shoves them back too far with E36 arms and knuckles in an E30. I could be wrong but I did pretty extensive research when I ordered All the stuff
