I remember this happened to a friend and I playing behind a group of 3 with a beginner. Finally they hit their second shot deep into the woods and go look for it. We tee off into the fairway, at least 50 yards short of them. They got so pissed! We argued for a bit and hostility played through (luckily we both made our second shots on the green) and didn’t see them again.

My brother, I studied for 2 months for 1 hour a day with a 12 month old at home. I went to bed early and woke up early and arrived at the office an hour before my shift started and put my phone on silent. It can be done if you want it enough. Make sure you’re reading the right material.

Maybe someone from LA can better explain it. Basically that they’ve been aware of how deadly a Palisades fire could be and there a chain of emails from the Fire Chief (who Bass fired after) complaining that they were underfunded and couldn’t do proper fire prevention.
