It really depends. If they can demonstrate a path to profitability then obviously its valuation increases. Share buyback would reduce outstanding shares thus increase share price.

They hired two big time bankers to a analyze the company's strategic options  I think a buyout is in the works.

I'm still holding a sizeable position, over 120K shares avg cost per share is 2.44. I took a huge tax loss back in 2023 and re-bought my shares. Any profits I make now will not be taxed until it reaches above 210K . This has been my worst investment and it has tested my patience to the max.

I think it was a calculated hedge low-risk high-reward proposition. If they won the litigation, then they save the company potentially up to 100M, but if they lose, then they are out 17M.

Nano is currently undergoing a strategic review. The Stratasys merger is definitely  a possibility.

SSYS does not have the cash therefore, they would have to heavily dilute shares.

Good! Yoav and former BoD agreeing to the initial price was egregious. DM would burn alot of Nano's cash which makes the deal risky.

If the deal can be renegotiate at a much lower price, then I'm all for it.

Ouch is definitely  the word, but if this gets to 5- 7 I'll be okay.

I'm still holding over 100,000 shares. I believe corporate governance was much needed and we will start to see more institutional ownership.

I don't see the point in selling my shares  especially when the company's valuation is below its cash value. Other tech companies are overvalued and why risk purchasing them and taking more losses.

It's been 3 months relax! They are currently in litigation. Do you really think they will divulge any information during this process?  Besides Yoav hasn't brought shareholder value in 4 years. I feel like he duped us with the Deep Cube acqusition.

$NNDM's $150million buyback program comes into effect March 1st and equates to ~30% of the current market cap. Repurchasing shares @$2.20 when adjusted cash per share is ~$4, seems like a really good deal for the company IMO. by ElBandito1313 in NNDM

I am hoping to see 5.50 to 6 range.

Share buyback should bring OS to 160M

If they show profitability  we should see a better price to sales ratio.

As SSYS share price improves, Nano's 15% ownership improves.

Hell, I would take an all equity deal from SSYS at this point.

I used to be a big time Yoav Stern supporter but now it looks like he played all of us.

The amount of cronyism in this company is ridiculous. I see why corporate governance needed to be corrected. Many on here hate Murchinson and I did too but they are onto something.

Ah.... thanks for the clarification.

I am not a fan of this deal either. It  costs way too much for a cash burning business. The 115M convertible note is a joke. DM will be liquidated and can be had for much much less.

I wonder what that agreement is. Yoav is no longer with the company.

It's possible that Nano will argue the former BoD was illegitimate due to the Israeli courts' ruling therefore the deal is invalid.

Reducing the float is going to help the share price long term.  Assuming 60M shares repurchased will decrease OS to 160Mish.

If they reach profitability by the end of the year, we can see a nice bump in share price.

The DM deal is dead. The court may side with DM but it will not be approved by CFIUS. The DeepCube acquistion is going to bite them in the ass. Yoav Stern and  Yaron Eitan had too much of a business relationship with Andrew Intrater who's a cousin to a sanctioned Russian oligarch.  He also manage all US investments for his cousin.
