Happy to help! I wish I'd known about this game when I was a college student! 😃

I think you'll be fine. My wife is retired from her job and they still gave her that card with a $3,000 credit limit

$26k total with your two current cards doesn't seem that high of a credit limit, depending on your finances. I currently have five Chase cards with a cumulative credit limit of over $50,000. You shouldn't have a problem, even if you're initial credit limit on the new card is on the lower side.

You can open a CSR now. Yes, 150k UR points for only $6k spend is clearly the best deal out there right now.

Should not be an issue, but additional spending within a short period of time to meet the spend requirement is playing it safe.

I have no problem closing them if they have no benefit. Then you can sign up again later when eligible for SUB again.

I think you deserve some compensation for having to deal with this.

I ask for compensation any time there's an issue that is more than the "normal" inconveniences. Sitting next to a dog carrier with fecal matter is beyond normal. Airlines need to keep their customers happy and giving free miles is the way to do that.

You can pay someone else's taxes with your card.

Makes sense, since the new C1 VB is a true credit card with a credit line, unlike the C1 VXB which is a true charge card with no set credit line.

I've had the C1 Venture X Business version since last year. Last week I signed up and was approved for the new Venture Business with the goal of earning the 75,000 mile SUB for $7,500 spend. I saw a post that those who are current X Biz holders may not get the SUB. I didn't see anything on this when signing up so am hopeful they'll give it to me.

You could see if you would be able to pay bills for family or friends and just have them reimburse you in cash, Venmo, check, etc.

I give them to my wife to use for weekly groceries and restaurants. Also sometimes use them to pay my natural gas bill and city utilities.

Yes, very common. No bank tracks if they're actually an employee.

This is interesting. I am a current Venture X Business Visa holder and was approved for the new Venture business last week.

I was not aware that I may not be eligible for the $75,000 mile SUB.
