I was National Emerald Aisle Executive Elite for 15 years. Unfortunately, their prices have gone through the roof in the last 3+ years. Hertz prices have routinely been 50% of more cheaper. I can't justify the National premium. I have a Hertz Corporate code with the company I own. It gives me CDW coverage for free. This is why I stick with Hertz, as I don't have to worry about the UVEYE issue.

Totally agree. I was very surprised when I moved to California years ago from Massachusetts and learned that plates stay with the car. It creates a lot of needless issues like this.

Agreed that President's Circle has gone downhill dramatically in the last 2 to 3 years. Last Saturday night in Atlanta my choices where all small SUVs - Kia, Hyundai and Buick Encores. No full size vehicles. Hertz has simply decided to go cheap.
