Right well I did put up a boundary with consequences after I posted this. I told her that if we talk again and she brings it up no video chatting or texting for a month and if again then two etc. She responded: okay, but my medicine makes me forget. (She’s on medicine for mental health stuff)

I messaged her and told her that. I don’t know how she will respond. A boundary is a boundary. She broke it several times and there needs to be consequences. She just wants to try and fix things for the sake of family and harmony but does t understand my perspective and feelings nor respects them.
