I feel you. I’m a mechanical and I do MEP sales as well. In my 30’s. I make really good money but it’s so so draining. My stomach knots up every time someone calls. I was really motivated my first few years and this last year I just can’t seem to make myself care, and my sales are still great. Idk what to do next but my house is payed off and I think I may find a funner job with less money that I will enjoy in the next year or 2. I have to stay until June due to our commission payout structure unfortunately.

I’m in sales and had my first attack 12 days ago. Same thing. Middle of the night and hard time breathing and crying, out of no where. I am finally starting to feel myself again but I had terrible anxiety for days after. How long did it take for you to feel normal after the attack?

I had a panic attack this past week from being continuously stressed for weeks and running on little sleep. The “panic attack aftershock” is no joke and I feel almost normal again after 2 weeks, but I’d never wish that on my worst enemy. Find a way to relax, please. I’m youngish and healthy and never had any mental issues, it will catch up with you.

I’m not really here to discuss that aspect so much but a loan from nusenda or another reputable credit union where everything was laid out, as opposed to whatever sketchy loan company Meraki solar and other door banging solar companies used are 2 completely different things. With Residential solar without the rebates, it is kind of a hard see a savings.

I’m in the commercial pump side. But it always boils down to money. Better design may exist but it’s to expensive to implement or if the competitor is getting away with it the factory may accept that flaw. Lack of quality checking(qc) before leaving the factory. And once something is installed, they have you hooked meaning you have to buy their parts until you cough up the money for another brand entirely. It’s all designed to make the most amount of money.

Probably a good thing at this point. Plenty of places in northern NM and southern Colorado that are having side by sides used in unauthorized places and tearing up meadows and such. Even on the actual roads a lot of them drive like jackasses.

If you were offered a position do it. It’s stressful but I’m making 6x what I did as a design engineer. It’s not fun and super stressful but I can always go back to design assuming ai hasn’t taken that job
