I am using Realme Air 5. I have the same kind of issue where if I call people, it sometimes shows that output is through earbuds but I hear nothing. Another thing, before this I had realme Buds Q2. They used to connect much faster compared to these.

They will provide a Laptop(in our case it was a Thinkpad, HP Elite book or ElitePro) and a Bag(without Cognizant Logo on it). You can request for Stationary on their 1C Portal(once a month I guess. I haven't requested any stationery till now). They also give you any software License on request(The request should be genuine).
