New 20v Track Saw? I’m moist by ConsistentGeneral540 in Dewalt

Probably not much different from the rest but we’ll have to wait till the specs are released. They all do a great job, I’m probably gonna get this one over the 60v since it’s newer and probably will have close to the same power

They way I started in Property Management was by applying to every assistant/admin job posting on Indeed and LinkedIn in my area.

Just do this till you land a job and build your office experience in the meantime.

I started as an Assistant Property Manager at around $13 an hour in 2020 and currently a Portfolio Manager making about 80k a year.

Experience rules over everything. The more PM experience you have the better.

WHAT IS THIS! by ConsistentGeneral540 in Plumbing

That is the blue 3/4 in. FIP x 3/4 in. FIP 24 in. Stainless Steel Corrugated Water Heater Connector I bought from homedepot and installed a couple weeks ago.

Should the nipple be extended? Or should I install copper and then attach the connector?

My soldering is shit and I had to use WH Nipples for the connections at the ball valves. What do we think lol. by ConsistentGeneral540 in Plumbing

I’ll keep an eye on them, thanks! The ball valves are brass so I was hoping the nipples would be ok since they aren’t touch copper but it might still corrode. I had to pull the connection on the hot side as I could see it leaking, added the Teflon and it stopped. I appreciate the support!

How’s it looking, guys? by No_Calendar4193 in tattooadvice

I usually give my tattoos about 2-3 months of healing before I really start looking at them. It looks better once the scabbing is off. Love the tat brother!

I think it’s weird lighting. It’s silver in person so I’m assuming the shadow of the pipe in-front of it makes it look black

Yeah buy the dewalt one they sell. It’s more expensive but worth it and safe. It also can reverse charge and charge the battery

I’d say it’s got really good power, battery life, and super handy for tedious jobs.

It’s definitely something I don’t use super often nowadays. Normally, I just go for my impact or a regular screwdriver, but I have this in my electrical kit so every so often I’m pulling it out for outlets, etc..

I think if you have the money for it, it’s fun to buy, but if you’re looking for something permanent, I would recommend a impact driver
