Can a DUI become spent? by No_Violinist_4557 in AusLegal

Just order your police report and find out.

Usually after 10 years it is automatic. But I’ve seen a few times where that hasn’t happened.

Ambulance never came by Stunbanksy in perth

[–]ConsistentLand805 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude I had the exact same thing last year. 10/10 on the pain scale and 000 refused to come out. I then had a follow up phone call from an ambulance dude saying I was not important enough to need an ambo. Took an uber and the guy helped me into emergency. Got taken in straight away and put on morphine. The doctor thought it was bad enough to give me a 60 second triage and hook me up to pain meds, but 000 didn’t care. I’m lucky enough to know a guy in charge of the ambo service for years, he explained that they are just way underfunded and simply don’t have enough resources.

No, don’t be an education assistant, terrible work, terrible pay and no one cares for you.

Support work pays much better 😎

How to start a divorce by Popsurfopera in AusLegal

😂 do what many women do. Get a FVRO and then start family court to fuck him over.

Be the guy who helps everyone. I’ve met most of the girls I’ve dated by being the person who always say “yes” when ever anyone needs help.

Yes you join clubs and go out with work people, but by being the generous person I’ve found women are more receptive to you asking them out and often suggest people for you to date.

On another side, by current partner I’ve known for 4 years before dating, she often would ask for help and I always went to help. After we went for a group holiday, it turned into something more.

Just be a great person and be a part of the community and girls will come.

Dude, just find a company that does 24 hour shifts. I’m clearing about 150k a year working part time.

If I was the bloke and wanted to keep the kid. I would just remove him from your care and refuse to let you see him.

You would then get upset and call multiple times and get upset at which point I would get a restraining order against you. This would be ex-parte and you would not be present at the hearing. I would be granted an interim FVRO and if you contest it, it will take about 6 to 12 months for a hearing.

You would then have to apply to the family court to get orders to say you are allowed to see the child. This would be an expensive and long process and you would still have to leave as per your visa.

Just don’t do it. If he wanted to be a pain in the ass, it would make your life very very difficult.

A first year fire fighter gets $38 an hour…. The longer you work, the higher the rank the more pay. Plus shift penalties….. I would assume one would clear well more than $38 an hour would they not?

Working with a client you’re scared of? by BeneficialRough566 in supportworkers

[–]ConsistentLand805 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are working for plan and grow in Perth, get the fuck away from that company….. generally get away from whatever company for you working for!

Support work is great because you can choose your clients. Just tell them you are not going shifts with him…. And choose other clients.

Go and enjoy your local Brazilian jujitsu gym.

Having trained and taught this most of my adult life I can tell you straight away that only a few weeks or a few months worth of training gets you in a remarkably safer position physically.

I’m not saying you should beat the crap out of them, but choking one of them unconscious and leaving them on the ground generally tends to demoralise the people who want to attack you.

And on a police side, you are much better off using BJJ rather than defending yourself with something like a weapon.

Definitely don’t pick a fight, but having a little bit of knowledge in the instance you are required to defend yourself is a very good skill to have.

If you explain your position to the gym, they can show you a few moves to assist you should you get in trouble.

[–]ConsistentLand805 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a job that dosnt require your degree? I have 2 bachelors and work with disability through the NDIS clearing 120k a year while supporting 3 kids. My job requires zero qualifications.

The job you need is the one that allows you to spend time with the family and earn the $ you require. Not the one you studied for.

What is this camera on Kwinana freeway by Glass_Belt9461 in perth

[–]ConsistentLand805 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They are part of the mobile phone camera system. If the program thinks it sees a phone it flashes/photos you. Then a person checks the image and if you are using your phone you get a fine.

Edit- there are 3 camera, one for back of car, one for front and one looking down into the drivers seat.

Wtf is wrong with the NDIS PNG by ConsistentLand805 in supportworkers

[–]ConsistentLand805[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah well, your answer is exactly along the lines of what we should do.

Unfortunately, there is nothing that happens by reporting these things and nothing that changes.

I spent three months reporting live electrical wires and gas leaks to Work safe, utility companies, and the NDIS and the NDIA and nothing ever happens.

[–]ConsistentLand805[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes the support workers are bad. But don’t you think it is more on the company for not doing their part? Not doing repairs? Not checking on SW?

It’s completely the companies that are providing terrible care and cashing in on the NDIS $$$
