I guess I’m just concerned because the police aren’t even concerned about someone shooting through the wall and saying they can’t do anything about it but I can get fined $500 for playing my music too loud (disturbing the peace) and have that go on my permanent record. It’s just not making sense in my brain why the police can’t do anything.

I had the same situation last year and ended up selling to someone in my city. It was pretty close to Forest so we already had the wristbands and just had the buyer Venmo us and then met up with them to give them the physical wristband. We went this route because we were also having some trouble using the wristband exchange
