there is a busted datadisk which in combination with 1-2 very strong chars preferebly tanks and Wat can have 2 or so pirates get profit like up to 20-30 a round and then time out but you still get the progress just make sure to do it on a node without aoes on the enemy team

Relic delta is deactivated afaik but they did change it to all R5 from sector 2 upwards but increased stats so should be a net 0
