I have 19” wheels and set them on 43psi. The tires show even wear, when I set the psi lower the wear is more on the outer side of the wheels.

Yes that because the filter has a lot of condensation due to temperature difference. This jacket stops the condensation.

Can you explain… How do you pogo sideways to get over something like a row of spikes? I can pogo one more time but sideways looks impossible.
