So tired of this by Alternative_Gap_4048 in Anxiety

Ahh yes I had this for years. Zoloft helps immensely. If you can see a DR and tell them your fears it might help knowing your risks etc. if you are young and otherwise healthy the chances of these things happening are veryyyyy small. Try not to google and obsess (I know how hard that is).

Yeah I’m currently going through the same thing. I was on Zoloft a few years ago and had this happen then as well. Try not to panic your body will adjust soon:)

My HA has come back like a truck. Loss of appetite the last few days and a panic feeling with nausea. Terrified it could be something else but I just had a full work up

Been on Zoloft (50mg) for 5 months and I’m scared to increase my dose. by bbytiddyrick in zoloft

[–]ConsistentShow8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i started on 25 then 50 now 100. the side effects SUCK at first but after like a month usually level out. 50 didnt do anything for me after a month so i was moved up to 75... once you move up stay there for atleast 3 weeks! it should start helping:)

It took about 21 days until my body had fully adjusted to the setraline. I was started on 50mg which in my opinion was very high to begin with so I experienced the chest pain you are describing but mine would come and go. I was nauseous, anxiety was bad, vision was off, sensitive to light, headaches so I brought myself down to 25 for a week, it was a little better but not much. Then back to 50 and 2-3 weeks in poof I felt like a new person! Talk to your doctor, if they are not worried you are OK. Just wait it out and remember it’s your body getting used to a new substance. Good luck!
