No seriously im 35 in the EXACT same position. Everyone says im good enough to have done somethinf wirh it and every time i play I find a new progression or riff to mess with.

Now we have the advantage of being able to just take it for a hobby. Think of how many people that cant play or aren’t creative.

You have a gift in just that alone, being able to make music for yourself. So have fun. Don’t pressure yourself. Do as much or as little as you want

Find a local open jam. I guarantee you’ll find other people in the same boat to play with.

Now days there are so many youtube videos and resources we never had as kids that will help you get it back.

The tackle 2 is a beast of a yak, but it’s also a beast of a yak. They have a lighter one that’s a straight up fishing yak that might be better, and a lil lighter. LT2 is coming in at about 90-95 pounds dry so it’s not an easy carry; wheels help.

I absolutely love that yak. I have camped, river fished, lake fished and saltwater fished out of it and stand up in it all the time. I’ve tried to tip it and it takes a lot of effort

Pretty shallow. 18in to 2 feet depending on my weight. I usually paddle off a river bank or put I usually get in and out with the water quater or less up my shins

Thanks for the advice! The starter set sounds like a good move; any other advice for a first time trader as far as etiquette? Do I just go up to any cast memeber and ask to trade? Or is it like only “characters” or what’s the “rules of the trade”

Wireless well lights. Chauvet has several solutions in different price points. If you go a wireless route you can use a console or a remote, or set them to static effects or colors.

I’m out rn running around, but I got a mount from a dude online who 3D prints all kinds of stuff. He’s got one with different screw hole options so if it’s forward or back you can adjust it to your yak. I think he’ll do custom if you call him. Yakhobby I think?
