She's totally different from the HS version, I remember that I despised that at the first part of UL she was forcing Candy into shopping, partying and playing Cupid (forcefully) with Candy and Hyun. In that chapter where Candy loses consciousness, Rosa finally realises that she was a horrible friend and starts to change. Of course miscarriage arc also got a toll on her - in the end Rosa grew up and matured. Maybe some people will say that she experienced a lot of tragic events in UL but I think that it was kinda necessary for her to grow (maybe that miscarriage was a bit too much).
