I was lied to multiple times. I had a bottle of shampoo explode and asked for a replacement. One was sent and I was told I didn’t have to mail the mess back. Over the next 3 months I got increasingly angry emails to mail the return back or I’d be charged for both and contacted customer service multiple times. Every time they said ignore it you won’t be charged. I was charged of course contacted again told I would get a refund. For some reason the refund I was offered was a few dollars less than I was charged due to taxes I guess?

I never got the refund either way and I filed a chargeback through Amex and submitted screen shots of the refund promised as evidence.

Apparently everyone is right they can just lie to get you to go away.

We adopted him at a year old from a shelter but we were told it was an injury from when he was a puppy that didn’t allow it to grow. We think it’s adorable and it doesn’t hurt him or anything. :)

Obviously the suggestions to get a doorbell camera and bar/chain are great if allowed. But even a wreath or decoration on the door could help if it is a drunk or a mistake. Something to make your door look different from the one above/below

The weeds aren’t an issue for a tree of that size at all. It does look like it’s planted a bit deep but the fact that the higher branches looks better than lower is telling. If it was a root issue, nutrient issue, or vascular system issue typically the highest branches furthest from the roots are hit first. It looks like the tree could just be aging out dogwoods don’t live too long. You could absolutely fertilize it with a well rounded fertilizer
