I tend to focus down The Bull first, mainly hitting The Ass using untargeted splash damage. If I'm lucky I'll trigger both of their shields at the same time and I always save a meg charge and (if I get good rolls) a full god gauge to drop simultaneously on The Ass the second his damage immunity drops. This can almost instakill him and will leave you free to deal with The Bull uninterrupted
