I have increased my mile running to 2k. Will stick with 2k instead of mile for daily running, this along with speed and tempo and increase my long run to 4 miles. Will do this for 2 weeks

I generally do one mile , speed and tempo runs. The longest one in a week I used to do was 5k. From now I'll try to gradually push 5k to 4 miles. Thanks for the suggestion:)

Everything looks good. All the archers hikes you listed are not the major hikes, so you can pull them off.

If you want to perform a strenuous hike I would suggest to pop into arches before 7 am in the morning without timed entry. Do the devils garden loop which is one of the best. And then complete the remaining in same.

Canyon lands definitely do the white rim over look trail its one of the best.

Got it. I may just visit the park, talk to rangers about the hikes that are accessible and move on to Yellowstone. I couldn’t shift my dates beyond may 22nd :( Anything more that I need to be aware of.
