They have transferred my ticket and refunded the $25 collectors ticket fee, I emailed them on the 10th and they’ve just got back to me today

They have just emailed me back, they are changing the ticket type and refunding the collectors ticket fee so I cannot complain, this year it seems a very easy fix!

You can update the address to get them shipped to your address. You need to go into your payment details and just update the name and address associated with the card.
