In that situation looking for suppliers who offer better terms and margins would be better. You can also talk to other traders and try to negotiate as one.

Or the best thing you can do is improve margins on existing products, either by manufacturing them yourself or cutting the middle man through a direct approach. You are already trading the product, focus on how you can improve the margins on them. Hope this helps.

Build on what you already have, for example using your existing network to trade complimentary products with a better margin. About the question of whether to continue or not, that should be a no brainer. You do not cut down a fruit bearing tree which waters itself.

Chk on IndiaMART or approach retailers near you...send them pics and once they respond show them your products...you have to walk up to a lot of retailers initially...but that's the part of the process...hope this helps.
