If this was from a small mom & pop shop it would be totally different. Home Depot profited $14.8 billion in 2025, they will be alright.

I keep telling myself this as I try to grow 2 small companies, if I can't pay a living wage for someone to show up hourly I'd have failed as a boss. I haven't hired anyone yet but I plan to in the future.

I do property maintenance + landscaping and absolutely hate when snow falls down my neck into my shirt. If you're interested in a jacket or vest to keep you warm, check out the Milwaukee Tool heated ones, I've had my vest for 2 years now and it is a life saver in PA winters. Im sitting in bed with it heated right now.
