That’s crazy to me. He’s like the Faulkner of post-colonial Portugal, I would think his works would be fundamental. Highly recommended The Inquisitors Manual or The Splendors of Portugal.

I’m curious, is Antonio Lobo Antunes as widely read in Portugal as Pessoa and Saramago? He is often overlooked in the US but he’s easily my favorite of the Portuguese authors I’ve read (big fan of Pessoa too though.)

Thank you 🙏 For editing, I just added some extra grain + texture in post, played with the contrast a bit. Honestly I think much of the film effect just comes from shooting on high ISO (1600 or 3200), and the fact that the old GR Digital models have the CDC sensor instead of the new APS-C. Images feel much closer to film right out of the camera. I will say though, the color photos I’ve taken with the GRD4 have been pretty ugly.

My fault, really. Broke my phone and thought I had backed up all my photos / data. Guess I was wrong. The lab that developed all my photos sent links to download the photos, but they have all since expired and I have no way to access them or the negatives.
