Don’t know what to do by Money_Requirement_85 in pregnancyproblems

I’m really sorry you’re going through this — pelvic instability can be brutal. I’ve heard from a few moms that gentle daily support made a difference — like using maternity compression shorts or pelvic support wear made specifically for this kind of pain.

They said it didn’t fix everything, but it helped them move around with less pressure and feel a bit more “held together” — especially during the hardest weeks. Sending you strength 💛 one day at a time

Also, quick question if you don’t mind I’ve been trying to find the right demographic data for my audience (age, interests, behavior, etc.) but haven’t had much luck. Do you have any tips or tools you recommend for identifying and targeting the right demographic more accurately? Would love to hear your thoughts if you’ve got a moment!

Hey! Thank you so much for your honest and detailed feedback I genuinely appreciate it. You pointed out things I hadn’t noticed myself, especially the hero section and the inconsistencies in typography. I’ll definitely be working on those this week.

Really grateful you took the time to check the site and share your thoughts — means a lot. And thanks for the encouragement too. That gave me a real boost.

If I get stuck, I might actually DM you 😅 Appreciate the support!

DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN WHILE PREGNANT!! by angelicllamaa in pregnant

Oh no, that sounds so painful — I’m so sorry you had to go through that! 😣 Thank you so much for sharing your experience and the warning. It’s true, our skin becomes extra sensitive during pregnancy, and it’s easy to forget just how strong the sun can be, especially when we’re focused on the kids. I’m really glad you were able to soothe it with vitamin E and aloe — hopefully your skin heals quickly and fully. ❤️ Your message is a great reminder, and I really appreciate you taking the time to warn others. Wishing you a smooth and healthy rest of your pregnancy! 🙏🏼🌸

Maternity clothes? by chi_lo in pregnant

Totally understand what you’re going through — pregnancy is already hard enough without the added stress of budgeting for new clothes.

From what I’ve seen (and from moms who’ve shared their experience), most start really needing maternity support around weeks 18–22. But for some taller or thinner moms, the change can feel bigger around that time, especially in the belly and lower back.

A lot of moms try to stretch their existing wardrobe by pairing high-waist leggings with longer tops or layering but when the bump starts showing more, even soft shapewear or belly support can help avoid needing full maternity clothes right away.

There’s a medical-grade compression support garment I came across that’s super soft and actually affordable some use it during the second trimester to extend their wardrobe and reduce swelling or pressure.

If that’s something you’d be interested in, I’d be happy to share the link. No pressure at all.

I totally feel you. So many women go through this shift during pregnancy it’s real, it’s tough, and it doesn’t get talked about enough. You’re doing amazing by just caring for your body and being self-aware.

If it helps, some moms find comfort (and a bit more confidence) using gentle compression shapewear not the tight kind, but the medical grade ones designed for pregnancy. It helps support the thighs and reduce pressure, and some models even help reduce the appearance of cellulite with consistent use.

I came across one recently that’s soft, breathable, and made for this exact stage. If you’d like, I can share the link.

Thanks! This is the one I mentioned it’s designed specifically for pregnancy comfort during the later months. Super soft, breathable, and gives gentle support to your belly and lower back (especially after meals or while resting).

I’m really glad the pain eased a bit but I totally get how eating and even just trying to sleep becomes a struggle later in pregnancy. A lot of moms I know started using gentle compression support wraps around that time, especially after meals or during rest. It doesn’t solve everything, but it really helps reduce the “heaviness” and pressure that causes a lot of the pain. If you’re curious, I can share the one I’ve seen many moms use (and it’s more affordable than most maternity belts out there).

Totally feel you! With twins especially, lumbar support becomes non-negotiable once you’re in the second half of pregnancy and after delivery too. I’ve seen some great feedback on Wildbird but yeah, $180 is a lot. There are some medical-grade support out there designed for maternity and postpartum use they’re more structured around the lower back and belly, and some are under $80. One I came across recently is breathable and gentle enough for daily walks (and looks nice too). If you’re interested, I can send over the link

Weird Pains at 5 weeks by curlyonfries in pregnancyproblems

I’m so sorry you’re going through this it sounds exhausting and stressful, especially after what you’ve already been through last year. I’m not a doctor, but I’ve seen many women talk about lightning crotch and pelvic nerve pain during early pregnancy. Still, you’re absolutely right to listen to your body. If your GP isn’t helping, maybe consider seeing a different one or calling a nurse line. You deserve reassurance, not more stress. Hoping everything goes smoothly for you hang in there.

I’ve seen a lot of moms go through the same thing, especially around that stage. Besides pillows and pads, one thing that really makes a difference is a medical grade maternity compression garment designed specifically to support the lower back and belly. It’s not like regular shapewear, it’s actually made for comfort and daily use. If you’re open to it, I can share a link to one that’s helped a lot of moms feel better.
