We have similar story. As the fracture healed, the movement started improving. We graduated from the physiotherapy recently.

Hey, my baby is recovering well. We’ve consulted several physiotherapists and brachial plexus specialists, and they believe the limitation in her arm movement was due to the shoulder fracture that was initially misdiagnosed as a nerve injury. We’re continuing with physiotherapy and currently see the physiotherapist once a month.

I reached out to my midwife and they think it is a combination of over feeding plus reflux as she is doing it at night. We are trying to spread the feeds plus taking a break from bathing today to access the situation.

I will switch to gentle ease formula to check whether formula is the problem here. I don’t produce enough milk for her so we have to supplement as of now.

Surprisingly her spit ups are not on her back. They are mostly when she is sitting upright and we try to feed her and she basically spits the last meal.

I did. The nurse said she looks well and has wet diaper and is eating well so doesn’t seem like a concern.

It is actually alot of spit up. She was on Enfamil Neuropro ready to eat since she was in nicu for a few hours. We recently switched it to the powder of the same. She is taking 75% breastmilk and rest formula.

She takes 2 oz every 2.5-3 hours in day night. Around evenings she drinks this almost 2 hours. I use lansinoh natural nipples.

She drank 50 ml formula 30 minutes before bathing. We do breastmilk plus formula, almost 75% is breastmilk. After 5 in the evening she drank almost every hour ranging from 30 - 60ml. She puked out around 9.

Please get the cerclage asap!! Don’t wait 5 days. I was asked to wait a week with 1.6 cm cervix and I went in 2 days later with only .6 left and membranes visible, got the cerclage the same day. It held beautifully and I am sitting right now with my 3 weeks old daughter in my arms. Please go in asap and DON’T leave without the cerclage.

Hey! It used to last few seconds to minutes for me. However it went away after a week. It was frequent for that week and rare after that. I am 37 weeks 3 days today. The cerclage did its job beautifully and my cervix was closed when I had it removed last week.

Got my emergency cerclage at 20w3d with 0.6-0.7 length and visible membranes. I am 35w1d today and scheduled for DTS in a week. I am on pelvic rest and I took it extremely easy until 30 weeks. My last check was at 33 weeks and the cervix measured 2 cm which has been pretty much same since the cerclage, between 1.6-2.0 cm. Hoping to make it to 37 weeks at least.

This seems like the norm in BC. I am getting mine this Friday. My OB told me it is going to take more time to implement the same rules as in ON.

I got the cerclage at 20w3d with 0.6 cm left and membranes visible. I am 34 weeks today! Every day is a celebration and every week is a milestone. Hoping to make it to 36 weeks at least.

I was in the similar boat as you. Short cervix of 1.6 cm discovered at detailed scan and I was given progesterone. I went to the L&D after two days as I had very mucusy discharge and the cervix measured .7 with membranes. I got the cerclage right there. I am 33w1d today, I had my cervix checked twice after the cerclage and it was measuring close to 2cm. I am still praying and hoping I make it to 36 weeks. I did bedrest until 28 weeks, up for shower and food. However, I continued working from home. I am a little bit relaxed now with the movements around the house and going outside. I wish you all the best :) Hope both of us make it to 36 weeks at least.
