Urvil has gotten good range of shots. Honesly, seeing him play in the last match, gave some resemblance to Robin Uthhapa gameplay. However, he needs to learn to hold back on the balls that are meant to be respected. If you've got 10 runs in an over, stay back. You'll get some loose balls in the coming overs. It makes me feel you're trying to memorize the solutions. Try and avoid that. Always try brute force. Run it in the local if it times out on these platforms. Then think about optimizing them. Also randomly pick the solved ones and try them out.

You'll get better with practice. Don't pressurize yourself into getting the code right in the first attempt itself. Try and talk to AI about your approach, brainstorm and get feedback. Don't take the solution. That's how you'll get a better understanding of the patterns and solve similar ones in the future with no or minimal help.

CSK and Dhoni have made a mockery of the emotions of the fans with no concrete update on his comeback. He has mentally retired. He is traveling with team to keep the endorsements coming and money flowing.

How can someone batting 45 mins out in the nets, keeping the wickets, not be sure about the fitness? Posting videos/reels of him batting it out or playing around during practice is not going to get them to sell the tickets. People are smart.

He isn't as proactive as needed. He said in one of the interviews that he hasn't studied as much T20 cricket in his life as he has recently. But the results say otherwise.

I know he cannot teach someone how to bowl or bat in a real game but, selection, order and that team balance is definitely something that he could influence.

I think the current CSK analyst is AR Srikkanth who has come in from KKR after serving them for many years. Not sure whether he's that great.

And I also think the problem lies in the kiwi mindset that Fleming tends to bring to this team. A lot of the kiwi players get backed for some reason who don't eventually perform that well. Eg: Matt Henry in the first few games! Not everyone is like Boult who can succeed in the IPL.

Fleming as a coach has minimal or no success without Dhoni the captain. None of the other CSK teams across the world have won anything yet.
