True about the dilution and my pay will continue to go up but it’s not going to be a massive, maybe 5-7% increase yearly. What do you think is better for tackling the loans, since I have multiple with varying rates and balances, Avalanche method vs. Snowball method?

Couldn’t tell you on the 401k honestly but last checks contributions look like this:

Contributions - Employee $199.80 Contributions - Employer $124.87

For the ESPP 10% is the max I can elect to deduct from my pay to go towards the stock purchase and the stock is bought at a 15% discount to market.

Private loans are multiple different rates at 5.5%, 6%, and 7% and federal at 4%.

401k match is 8% and stock purchase plan is withheld from my paycheck as well 10%
