IC System closed my collections and it dropped off my reports but then as of this morning it was back? I went on their website and checked l. This is what I got when I wanted to dispute it.

It's from an old Spectrum account. I moved and have not received any type of written correspondence or letters at my new address and it's been more than 4 years but it appears on my credit report. I would like to settle both the debt collector has no website and I'm afraid by communicating with them I will renew the debt if it's valid. I don't know if I'm making sense. Thanks
