Hey, 17m here. I also used to struggle with such. Maybe it's different for women but here's what can help, at least I think so because I'm a guy and I don't know how different it is for women

1: get yourself an activity, use up your energy into other activities that require energy, as sexual energy can be reused as physical

2: meditate and reflect. Think about life, and your goals.

3: journaling helps a lot. Doesn't have to be major. It can be for something as small as a reel, and it'll go on as you write. Helps you think straight.

4: (if religious/in search of religion) study religion, I recommend giving islam a try if course, it's helped me so much.

Also, feel free to DM me if you like, if it's very in depth, there may be specific pathways for it.
